The Saint Musicians

To call someone a “Saint” means to say that that person lives (or lived) a life of Heroic Virtue.  Virtue means an accumulation of good habits.  Good habits are an accumulation of good actions.  Good actions have to be practiced, just in the same way that your musical instrument has to be practiced.  Repetition of good and holy actions eventually can become easy or automatic, like playing a tune.

Heroic Virtue means having so much trust in God, that it can become easy or automatic to do His will, even during hard times of suffering or persecution.  If you can continue to strive toward sainthood while simultaneosly developing your skills as a musician or artist, then God can better use you in His plan, even if you yourself happen to be unaware of it.
